Easter Egg Hunt & Tea Party- 4/18/25 Friday

-Liability Contract:

I, the undersigned, in my individual capacity as parent or guardian of the child aforementioned in this document, being a minor child, hereby release & hold harmless Part of Your World Princess Parties Utah LLC, its owners, employees, & instructors from any and all liability or damages, both personal & property, arising out of or as a result of said minor child's attendance at summer camps. I assume all risks incident thereto with respect to myself & to any other individuals from whom the registration is made. I give permission for Part of Your World Princes Parties Utah LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors to seek medical treatment if an accident arises.
 

Terms and Conditions:

-Location: Location will be emailed to you within 1 week of purchase. Camp is located in South Jordan. Transportation is not provided. 

-Camper should be on-time and can be 8-10 minutes early. If camper is not picked up on time, a fee will be assessd.

-Age Restrictions: Becasue of small items, and participant involvement, camps are ages 3+ only. 

-Cancellation: Camp no-shows and cancellations are non-refundable. We understand that life happens, but do not issue refunds because of the limited space in each camp. If you had to miss, you may pick up any activities/ gifts after the camp if desired.If we have to cancel a camp, you will be refunded the full amount and also receive an additional $2 discount for a different camp.

-Dress Code: Your camper may want to wear a costume to camp. This is perfectly fine! If your camper is wearing a dress or skirt, please put shorts underneath. Please do not have your camper wear the plastic dress-up shoes or flip flops. They are difficult to walk in, and may cause your camper to trip or fall during the activities. Feel free to bring them for the photo time afterward. Some camps may use glitter-glue, slime, and other staining activities. Keep this in mind when choosing an outfit! We will be in shade most of the time, but you may want to put sunblock on your camper.
-Licensing: Have you camper use the restroom before you get here. Our Lady in waiting and Princesses are not licensed to take your little one to the restroom at camp. 

-Parental Involvement: Our camps are Drop-off only. There will be 3-4 princesses with the children at all times. After hosting over thousands of children at camps for over a decade, we find that children behave better when mom and dad are not there. Please do not sign up for camp if this will be an issue.

-Photographs: During camp, the princesses will be taking photos of your children. We will create an album online and email you the link. If you would like your children excluded from any photos, please give us 48 hours notice. By signing this form you are granting us to use any photos of yourself & your family in connection with the event outlined in this document. They may use such photographs in print and/or electronically and for any lawful purpose. Including publicity, advertising, and web content. 

-Playground: There is a playground and trampoline at the campsite. Due to liability reasons, these are off limits. Please talk with your campers before camp to let them know they cannot play on them. Don’t worry! We will keep them busy the entire time!
